Folks – we offer you our sincerest apologies. Kelly has packed our December days so tightly with catered and food truck events that we unfortunately do not have the ability do our traditional annual Christmas Take & Bake orders.
That stated, if you were planning on us, we can accept a few small orders. Please call Kelly at 309-622-3263 if you need any take & bake food items (packaged in disposable/recyclable packaging, refrigerated, with heating instructions).
We thank all you individuals and businesses who have booked us for catering and food truck events this month! We didn’t think it possible, but we’re even more fully booked this month than we were in November.
A few days prior to each public food truck event, we’ll post the menus here. We will also be updating and posting our Catering Menu 2024 within the next few weeks. Thanks for all your support – you’re helping us to keep the dream alive!
