Thanksgiving Take & Bake Instructions

Thank you to everyone who ordered take & bake items from us! Reheating instructions are below (just in case!):

Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Keep refrigerated. *Prior to cooking, pull from fridge and let rest at room temperature about 30 – 45 minutes. Cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Leave foil on pan. 3. Place pan in oven and heat for 45 minutes or until hot. 4. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes prior to serving. *Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven. Always cook this product to 165 degrees F prior to serving.

Mac & Cheese: Keep refrigerated. *Prior to cooking, pull from fridge and let rest at room temperature about 30 – 45 minutes. Cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Leave foil on pan. 3. Place pan in oven and heat for 45 minutes. 4. Remove coverings and heat additional 15 minutes to brown top.  5. Gravy: Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: 1. Pour gravy into sauce pan. 2. Place on stovetop burner set to medium-low heat 3. Stir occasionally (a whisk works best), and heat until bubbling. 4. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes prior to serving. *Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven. Always cook this product to 165 degrees F prior to serving.

Yeast Rolls: Hold at room temperature or freeze. Reheating instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. 2. Place on baking sheet. 3. Place pan in oven and heat for 10 minutes or until hot. 4. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes prior to serving. *Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven.

Apple Crisp: Hold at room temperature up to 2 days. (Leaving uncovered will help the topping stay crisp.) After 2 days, keep refrigerated. For a warm crisp: 1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.  2. Leave perforated foil on pan.  3. Place pan in oven and heat for 10 minutes.  If you choose to reheat without perforated foil on your pan, be vigilant as topping can quickly scorch or burn.

Cornbread Muffins: Hold at room temperature.

Coleslaw: Keep refrigerated.

Potato Salad: Keep refrigerated.

Sauces: Keep refrigerated.

Sweet Potato Pie: Keep refrigerated.

Banana Pudding: Keep refrigerated.
