Thank you to everyone who came out to the food truck this past week at the quilt show and at the Bison Fan Fest. We had a blast and loved all the wonderful compliments about our food!

Get your soul food here this Tuesday evening, April 8! Because we sold out of it so quickly last truck, we’re baking twice as much Texas Cake this time and loading it all with pecans.

Friday evening, April 11, our food truck will be at the Fox Creek Elementary School Carnival. If you’re attending the carnival, stop by the truck! We’ll be parked out back near the cafeteria doors.

Folks, we’re glad to greet this warmer weather with our food truck! Tuesday, April 1, we’re doing lunch at the Rivian Warehouse in North Normal – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

We’re selling lunch Friday, April 4, and Saturday, April 5, out at the Interstate Center in West Bloomington.

Starting at 3:30PM Saturday, April 5, we’ll be in downtown Bloomington outside Grossinger Motors Arena at Bloomington Bison Fan Fest selling some of your soul food favorites and of course a from-scratch dessert. We hope to see you!

Folks, we are celebrating the warmer weather and breaking out the food truck from its winter slumber. Yeehaw! Celebrate Fat Tuesday with us and the good people at Keg Grove Brewing Company Tuesday evening, March 4.

We will be back at Keg Grove Saturday, March 15, with this Irish-inspired menu.
